- Get your claim number. Write it down, you'll need it.

- We handle the rest. Adjuster coordination, parts authorization, supplements, rental coordination, billing. You don't have to do any of it.

You Always Have the Right to Choose Your Body Shop
California Insurance Code §758.5 makes it illegal for an insurance company to require you to use a specific shop. 21st Century Insurance can recommend, but they can't require. You have the legal right to bring your repair to Executive Auto Body & Paint, and we strongly recommend you do.

What If My Repair Costs More Than the Initial Estimate?
Initial insurance estimates are usually written from a quick photo review and rarely capture the full damage. After we tear down your vehicle, we almost always find additional damage that wasn't visible in the original estimate. That's normal, it's called a supplement.
We document the additional damage with photos and submit the supplement to 21st Century Insurance. They review and authorize. You don't pay more out of pocket as long as the additional damage is covered by your policy (which it almost always is, since it's part of the same accident).
