These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://exautobody.com and the online services we offer, including virtual estimates and appointment booking (together, the "Services"), provided by Executive Auto Body & Paint ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 118 W Nugent St., Lancaster, CA 93534. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Estimates Are Preliminary
Any estimate we provide based on photos, a description, or a brief inspection is a preliminary, non-binding assessment for your convenience. It is not a final quote, an offer, or a contract for repair.
A binding estimate requires an in-person inspection of your vehicle at our shop. Hidden or internal damage, parts availability, paint matching, and other factors not visible in photos can change the scope, timeline, and cost of repairs. Final pricing is determined only after physical inspection and, where applicable, in coordination with your insurer.
Information You Submit
When you request an estimate or book an appointment, you may provide your name, contact information, vehicle details, insurance information, and photos of your vehicle. You represent that you are the vehicle owner or are authorized to request service for it, and that the information you provide is accurate.
You grant us permission to use the information and photos you submit to prepare your estimate, communicate with you, and provide the Services. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Communications & Consent
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive messages from us about your estimate, appointment, or request, including by SMS text and email. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or call us at 661-951-6000.
Phone calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
Appointments
Submitting a booking request reserves a time for an in-person visit; it does not guarantee repair work or pricing. Please arrive on time and contact us in advance if you need to reschedule. We may reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary and will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
Repair Authorization & Payment
No repair work begins until you sign a separate written repair authorization. Charges for completed work are due as stated on that authorization or invoice. When an insurer is involved, you remain responsible for any deductible and for amounts not covered by your policy, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranty
Workmanship warranties, where offered, apply only to completed repair work performed at our shop and are described in the warranty terms we provide with your repair. The website, online estimates, and booking tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a preliminary estimate will match the final cost of repairs.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Executive Auto Body & Paint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the online Services, or from reliance on a preliminary estimate. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for completed repair work, which is governed by your signed repair authorization and any applicable warranty.
Intellectual Property
The content on this website — including text, logos, images, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Third-Party Links & Tools
Our site links to third-party tools and pages, including our online estimate and booking providers and our social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
