Our Promise

Executive Auto Body & Paint backs every repair with two parallel lifetime guarantees: a lifetime paint warranty on the finish we apply, and a lifetime workmanship warranty on the body work and structural repairs we perform. Both are good for as long as you own the vehicle we repaired. If the paint ever lifts, peels, or blisters, or if anything we touched comes loose, fails, or doesn't hold, you bring it back and we make it right at no cost to you.

That's not a marketing line. It's a structural commitment to do every repair right the first time, knowing we'll be the ones who have to fix it if we don't.

Lifetime Paint Warranty

We warranty the paint we apply against finish-level defects:

  • Peeling, lifting, or blistering of the clearcoat or basecoat
  • Premature fading or chalking under normal sun exposure
  • Color-match drift on the panels we sprayed
  • Orange peel, runs, sags, or other application defects
  • Adhesion failure between the paint and the prepped surface

If any of the above happens on a panel we painted, bring it back. We repaint the affected area, matched to the rest of the vehicle, at no charge.

Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

We warranty the labor and process behind every repair:

  • Body panel alignment failure or panels that work loose
  • Structural and frame repair coming undone
  • Welds that fail under normal use
  • Body filler that cracks, sags, or fails under normal conditions
  • Trim, moulding, and reassembly that comes apart from improper installation

If our workmanship is at fault, we redo the repair, no questions, no charge.

What's Not Covered

Things outside our control:

  • New accident damage
  • Rock chips and road damage
  • Paint damage from neglect (caustic chemicals, abrasive washing, leaving the car under sap or bird droppings)
  • Rust originating in areas we did not repair
  • Damage caused by other repair shops working on the vehicle after us
  • Manufacturer defects in OEM or aftermarket parts (covered by the parts manufacturer)

FAQs

Warranty FAQs

What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Two things, both for as long as you own the vehicle: (1) the paint we apply, against peeling, lifting, blistering, or premature fading; and (2) our workmanship, including panel alignment, body filler, structural repairs, welds, and refinish prep. If something we did fails, we make it right.
How is the paint warranty different from the workmanship warranty?
They're separate promises that happen to last the same length of time. The paint warranty covers the finish itself (clearcoat, color match, application) so if it ever peels, lifts, blisters, or fades unevenly, we'll redo it. The workmanship warranty covers everything else we touched, body work, structural repair, panel fitment, mechanical reassembly.
What doesn't the warranty cover?
Damage from a new accident, rock chips, road debris, paint damage from neglect or improper care (caustic chemicals, abrasive washing), rust originating from areas we did not repair, and damage caused by other repair shops after our work.
Do I need to register the warranty?
No registration needed. Both the paint and workmanship warranties are automatic on every repair we perform. Just keep your invoice, it's your proof of service.
What about parts?
Most parts carry the manufacturer's warranty (OEM parts get the OEM warranty, aftermarket parts get the manufacturer warranty). We pass these through. Our lifetime warranty is on the paint we apply and the workmanship we perform, not on the parts themselves.
What if I sell the vehicle?
The lifetime warranty applies to the original owner of the vehicle at the time of repair (you). It does not transfer to subsequent owners.
How do I claim warranty work?
Bring the vehicle and your original invoice to the shop. We'll inspect the issue. If it's our paint or workmanship at fault, we make it right at no cost to you.
