Step 1, Estimate
You submit photos online through our free virtual estimate tool, or you drop by for an in-person look, usually 15 minutes. Either way, we give you an honest, itemized estimate with no obligation.
Step 2, Insurance Authorization
If you're filing a claim, we work directly with your insurance company. We don't ask you to be the middleman, we coordinate adjuster review, send photos, and get the claim authorized. If you're paying cash, we skip this step.
Step 3, Drop-Off & Rental Pickup
You drop off your car at your scheduled time. We have on-site rental cars, you pick up the rental in the same parking lot. If your insurance covers rental, we bill the carrier directly. Total time: usually under 20 minutes.
Step 4, Disassembly & Parts
We tear down the damaged area to inspect for hidden damage. This is where we find what wasn't visible in the initial estimate. If we find additional damage, we document it with photos and submit a supplement to your insurance for authorization. Meanwhile, parts are ordered in parallel, that's the "Rapid Repair" part. Most shops wait for everything to be approved before ordering; we order while we disassemble.
Step 5, Structural & Body Repair
For collision damage involving the frame or unibody, we straighten on a precision frame rack with computerized measurement to factory specifications. For body damage, panels are repaired or replaced according to manufacturer procedure, OEM parts where structural and safety integrity demand it.
Step 6, Paint & Refinish
In our climate-controlled paint booth. We use a computerized spectrophotometer to read your vehicle's exact paint and create a custom-mixed formula that matches the panel you have, not just the factory paint code. Multiple coats, booth cure, wet-sand, and buff for a mirror finish.
Step 7, Reassembly, ADAS Calibration & QC
Vehicle reassembled, ADAS systems recalibrated (Toyota Safety Sense, Honda Sensing, Ford Co-Pilot360, etc.), and inspected to factory spec. Final QC includes alignment check, panel-gap verification, paint inspection, and a road test if applicable.
Step 8, Pick-Up
You come pick up your car. We walk you through the repair work, hand you the paperwork, and you drive away. Your repair is backed by our lifetime workmanship guarantee, if anything ever isn't right with our work, bring it back and we make it right.
