What Our Collision Repair Service Includes

A collision is more than cosmetic damage. A modern vehicle is engineered to absorb impact in specific, calibrated ways, and a repair that looks right on the surface but isn't structurally sound puts you and your passengers at risk in the next accident. At Executive Auto Body & Paint, every collision repair we perform restores your vehicle to pre-accident, factory-spec condition. Nothing less.

Our complete collision repair service covers:

  • Structural / unibody straightening on our hydraulic frame machine, worked until panels fit and the vehicle tracks straight
  • Body panel replacement and repair, fenders, doors, quarter panels, hoods, trunk lids, roofs
  • Bumper repair and replacement, including reinforcement bars and absorbers
  • Suspension component replacement when collision damage extends beyond the body
  • Airbag and SRS system inspection and replacement when deployed
  • Computerized color-matched paint refinishing in our on-site, climate-controlled paint booth
  • Glass replacement and ADAS recalibration for vehicles with lane-keep, blind-spot, and forward-collision systems

Our Rapid Repair Process

Most shops in Lancaster wait for insurance approval before ordering parts. We don't. Our Rapid Repair process disassembles your vehicle, files the supplement with your carrier, and orders parts in parallel, taking days off your time without a rental car.

  1. Estimate. Submit photos for a free virtual estimate, or drop by, usually 15 minutes.
  2. Insurance. We open your claim, push back if the carrier under-scopes the damage, and get authorization to proceed.
  3. Disassembly & parts. We tear down to find hidden damage, then order OEM parts the same day.
  4. Structural & body repair. Frame rack first if needed, then panel work.
  5. Paint. Computerized color match, base coat, clear coat, in our on-site booth.
  6. Reassembly & QC. Final inspection, ADAS recalibration, detail.
  7. Delivery. You drive away, usually in 3–10 business days for standard repairs.

Why Lancaster Drivers Choose Executive

We're not a chain. We don't have shareholders pushing us to cut corners on your repair. We're the Antelope Valley's highest-rated collision shop on Google because we treat every car like it's our own, and we back every repair with a lifetime workmanship guarantee.

You also have the legal right to choose your own body shop. California Insurance Code Section 758.5 makes it illegal for an insurance company to require you to use a specific shop. If your carrier is steering you toward a Direct Repair Program partner, you can decline, and you should, if it's not the shop you trust.

Insurance: We Handle the Paperwork

We work with every major insurance company, State Farm, GEICO, Allstate, Progressive, AAA, USAA, Farmers, Mercury, Nationwide, Safeco, Wawanesa, and 25+ others, including non-standard carriers like Fred Loya, Anchor General, Bristol West, and The General. See the full list of carriers we accept.

You don't need to file the claim yourself. Bring us your claim number (or your policy info if you haven't filed yet) and we'll take it from there, including coordinating an on-site rental car if your policy includes rental coverage.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does collision repair take?
Most collision repairs take 3–10 business days. Light-impact damage with available parts can be 3–5 days. Heavy structural damage or vehicles requiring back-ordered parts can run 2–4 weeks. We give you an honest, written timeline at estimate and update you every step.
Do I have to use the shop my insurance recommends?
No. California law (Insurance Code §758.5) makes it illegal for an insurer to require you to use a specific shop. You have the right to choose your own body shop, including Executive Auto Body. We work directly with every major carrier.
Do you use OEM (factory) parts or aftermarket?
We always recommend OEM parts for structural and safety components, and we'll push your insurance to cover them. For non-safety cosmetic parts, your policy may dictate aftermarket. We'll walk you through the trade-offs before any decision is made.
Can I get a rental car while my vehicle is being repaired?
Yes. We coordinate rental cars on-site, you drop off, you drive off, no Uber. If your insurance includes rental coverage we bill them directly. If not, we still have affordable options on the lot.
What if my vehicle is totaled?
If the cost to repair is more than ~70–80% of the vehicle's actual cash value, your insurer will likely declare it a total loss. We can give you an honest opinion before you file. If it's totaled, we can also help you advocate for fair settlement value with the carrier.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. We offer a lifetime workmanship guarantee on every repair, for as long as you own the vehicle. If anything ever goes wrong with our work, bring it back and we make it right.

Financing available through Sunbit and EasyPay Finance. Spread the cost of your repair, or your deductible, across monthly payments. Apply in 30 seconds.
