Mercedes-Benz Repair: Precision Required
Mercedes-Benz vehicles are built to extremely tight panel-gap tolerances, with aluminum-intensive construction on the larger platforms (E-Class, S-Class, GLE, GLS, and the EQ EV line). A repair that does not respect those tolerances reads as wrong the moment you walk up to the car. We treat Mercedes-Benz repair to the same standard, computerized color matching, OEM parts on visible and structural components, and Mercedes Active Safety recalibration.
Mercedes-Benz Models We Repair Most
- C-Class & E-Class. The most common Mercedes vehicles in the AV. Front-end and rear-end repairs are the regulars.
- S-Class. Flagship sedan with extensive aluminum and the most demanding paint and finish work in the lineup.
- GLC, GLE, GLS. SUVs. Tailgate, bumper, and roof panel work is common.
- AMG performance models. Show-car paint quality is the standard.
- EQ electric. EQS, EQE, EQB; treated with EV high-voltage safety procedures.
designo and Special Paint Finishes
Mercedes designo finishes, especially the magno (matte) and tri-coat metallics, are among the trickier finishes in the industry. We use computerized color reading and matched clear coats so refinished panels match factory finish exactly. Standard tri-coats and metallics get the same treatment.
